The CRM Client Manager provides an overview of clients and associated contacts. For each client, multiple address details (main, registered, billing are supported along with multiple contacts and for each contact.

We incorporate a Calendar as standard to provide an overview of daily activity and as you would expect we also include common CRM functionality such as mail merge and templates.

The CRM Task Manager is a facility where users can create and manage tasks/activities through their various stages to a completion. Easy to view task lists are presented to monitor current and outstanding activities. CRM Tasks allows users create a visual representation of user appointments, meetings and activities. The main features include the ability to create tasks and assign them to users accordingly. Each task is associated to a customer or prospect and can have a status (% completion). Managers can check calendars to review tasks and reallocate them.  Tasks can be recurring and reminders can be set.
